Notice for 1st Yr University Registration Form Verification 2020-21

 

Students of 1st yr B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com. (Hons. & Gen.) of 2020-21 are directed to verify their University Registration Forms through the College office with the following documents as per University norms. Contact to the College Office for Verification. 

Documents needed with Original & Xerox (3 Copies) :-

1.        Admission form & Admission Payment Acknowledgement Receipt (xerox copy).

2.        Printed Registration Form 2020 with Declaration uploaded written.

3.        Madhyamik Admit Card & Mark-sheet.

4.        H.S. Admit Card & Mark-sheet.

5.        Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) if any.

6.        Recent Passport Size Photo 3 copies.

7.        Candidates Personal Mobile Phone (for OTP verification of registration).

8.        Physically Challenged Certificate, if any.

9.        Registration Cancellation Letter/ Migration Certificate from last University/ University Permission letter/ Affidavit from a Lawyer (only for back year Students).

10.   Passport, Bonafide Certificate, Visa Permission, High Commission Letter (only for Foreign Students.)

 

Registration Form Verification through College Starts on :  21-December-2020.

                                                                                           Ends on :  08-January-2021.
